I am a proven leader and successful Executive Officer with over 25 years of multifaceted business management experience, I am committed to transforming operational landscapes and driving scalable growth. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a Business Studies focus, supplemented by an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management. My educational pathway has been enriched by workshops and leadership courses, such as the Leadership Vinita programs and the Cherokee Nation Small Business Workshop.

I most recently spearheaded operations as the Chief Executive Officer at Professional Driven Solutions. I oversaw a robust $8 million PEO/ASO operation. I have been instrumental in fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation, realizing $1.6 million in annual client savings through strategic systems implementation and cost-effective contract negotiations.

My industry experience spans a broad spectrum, including land surveying, aerospace, retail, health and wellness, and automotive dealerships. I have also contributed to nonprofits, lobbying, property and casualty insurance, international manufacturing, and real estate development. Throughout my career, I have maintained a focus on comprehensive accounting, HR, payroll, and business plan development, with over 36 years of full-service expertise in these domains.

Noteworthy achievements include consulting on successful multi-million-dollar contract bids, optimizing processes for ISO 9000 certifications, and offering strategic organizational consulting that benefits from my deep understanding of diverse industries from oil & gas to holistic health.

I am proficient in an array of software tools critical to operational excellence, including Office 365, Sage, QuickBooks, and industry-specific platforms like DealerTrack and PrismHR. My expertise in software implementation has empowered organizations to harness technology for increased efficiency and productivity.
